The Black Horse Golf Learning Center is situated on 58 acres of rolling countryside in rural Harford County,Maryland. At Blackhorse Golf, PGA Master Professional Frank Laber is the cornerstone. With 18 years experience managing a Baltimore County facility, Frank dreamed of sharing his enthusiasm and talent for golf through teaching and cultivating his own course.
